The M32 World Match Racing Tour is a one-design regatta series with tour events staged around the globe. "One-design" means that all boats are identical and that consequently all sailors are using identical equipment. It also means that every 500 kg carbon catamaran that leaves the wharf comes fitted with FSE Robline cordage as a standard.
The M32 is the fastest catamaran class that is not using foils. Yet, it still offers spectators at least the same amount of action. One of the main reasons for this is that several of the helmsmen are America's Cup sailors and Olympians.
Another highlight is Team Magenta, an all-female crew aiming to make its mark in a male-dominated sport.
The round of the World Match Racing Tour in Marstrand, Sweden, alone attracted a crowd of about 500,000 who witnessed that spectacular sailing event live!
